Albatera General information
Albatera (CP 03340) is a town in Alicante province (Southeast of Iberian Peninsula), situated in the north of the area called la Vega Baja Del Segura, on the left part of the Segura River. Its nearly 10,000 inhabitants mostly speak Spanish, yet Valencia variety of Catalan language is becoming popular at present.
